How to Apply for Membership

1. Membership Applications
   
   - Member Application: Standard
   (Requires 3+ years Wedding Industry Experience)
   
   - Member Application: Apprentice 
   (For those in Wedding Industry less than 3 years)
   
   - Member Application: Student
   
   
2. Submit the application along with the requested insurance certificate and proof of legal business status.
   
   Please Note: Your membership status is pending until all proper required paperwork is received, processed and accepted by the Membership Committee, and payment is received.
   
   There are two ways to submit this information:
   
   a) via U.S. Mail:

3. To submit payment for your membership, you can either:
   
   a) Mail a check, made payable to "Wedding Industry Professionals Association" along with your completed application and requested documentation to the address shown above; or
   
   b) If you prefer to pay by credit card, you can use our PayPal interface below. Simply select the membership option you prefer from the following drop-down menu. You will be directed to a secure PayPal page where you can enter your payment information. A summary of WIPA's membership types is provided below for your convenience. 
   
   
4. Select Membership Level
   Primary Business Membership: $300
   Held by the official representative of a Company, with full voting privileges on behalf of their Company; this membership is transferable.
   
   Associate Business Member: $225
   For additional individuals employed by a company that holds a Primary Business Membership; excludes voting privileges. 
   
   Individual Membership: $300
   A personally owned, non-transferable membership with full voting privileges.
